A Charitable Lead Trust is an irrevocable trust established to pay
a stated amount of income to a charity for a specified time and
then to convey the trust fund to individuals whom you designate.

The Charitable Remainder Unitrust is a permanent transfer of
assets. The donor or chosen beneficiary is then paid income
for life. The income is a fixed percentage of the fair market
value of the trust.

Charitable Remainder Annuity Trust

The Charitable Remainder Annuity Trust is similar to the Char-
itable Remainder Unitrust, except the annual income paid to the
donor or chosen beneficiary is a fixed annual amount.

Charitable Gift Annuity

Under the terms of the Charitable Gift Annuity, the donor
transfers cash or other property in return for a promise to pay
a specified amount to the donor or the donor's designated
beneficiary for the remainder of his/her lifetime.
