A Charitable Lead Trust is an irrevocable trust established to pay a stated amount of income to a charity for a specified time and then to convey the trust fund to individuals whom you designate.

The Charitable Remainder Unitrust is a permanent transfer of assets. The donor or chosen beneficiary is then paid income for life. The income is a fixed percentage of the fair market
value of the trust.

Charitable Remainder Annuity Trust

The Charitable Remainder Annuity Trust is similar to the Charitable Remainder Unitrust, except the annual income paid to the donor or chosen beneficiary is a fixed annual amount.

Charitable Gift Annuity

Under the terms of the Charitable Gift Annuity, the donor transfers cash or other property in return for a promise to pay a specified amount to the donor or the donor's designated
beneficiary for the remainder of his/her lifetime.
